Upstairs Room Hire:

Our upstairs function space provides a unique and intimate setting featuring a private balcony, exclusive bathrooms, a designated smoking area, Smart TVs, a dedicated sound system, microphone, and a fully stocked private bar.

Minimum Spend

• Peak: $2,500 (Friday Night, Saturday Night, Sunday Day)

• Off-Peak: $1,100 (Every other Day and Night)

Capacity

• Cocktail / Lounge Style: Up to 80 guests

• Seated Dining: Up to 40 guests

DOWNSTAIRS ROOM HIRE

Ideal for larger celebrations, our downstairs function space offers a spacious private dining room complete with exclusive bathrooms, a dedicated sound system, microphone, and a fully stocked private bar. The space also provides convenient wheelchair accessibility, making it suitable for guests of all ages and abilities.

Minimum Spend

• Peak: $4,500 (Friday Night, Saturday Night, Sunday Day)

• Off Peak: $2000 (Every other Day and Night)

Capacity

• Cocktail / Lounge Style: Up to 120 guests

• Seated Dining: Up to 70 guests

Cocktail-Style Events

Our cocktail-style catering can be tailored to suit your event. Choose from a Roaming Service where our team will circulate throughout your event serving guests with platters or Buffet Service where food is beautifully presented for guests to help themselves at their own pace.

Seated Events

Our function seated menus are designed as a starting point. We're happy to tailor your menu to suit your event, with flexible dish substitutions and customisations available from the selections on the following pages. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or special requests, our team will be happy to work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.

BOOKING AND ORGANISING EVENT

• Step 1: Confirm basic information such as date and time, estimated guest count, contact details, occasion and style of event. You will then receive a confirmation email along with an invoice for the deposit/bond to secure the date.

• Step 2: 3 weeks prior to the event, our team will reach out to confirm finer details such as final numbers, catering options, bar options and set up. You will then receive an email detailing all event information along with the final invoice.

• Step 3: Once the event is over, your deposit/bond will be refunded provided no damage has occurred to the venue or its facilities.

terms and conditions

• Minimum Spend: The minimum food and beverage spend applicable to your chosen function space must be met.

• Security Bond: A $250 security bond is required to confirm your booking. The bond will be refunded or credited after your event, provided no damage has occurred to the venue or its facilities. If the booking is cancelled, the bond is fully refundable when at least 3 months' notice is provided.

• Venue Trading Hours:

• Sunday – Thursday: 11:00am – 10:30pm

• Friday: 11:00am – 11:30pm

• Saturday: 11:00am – 12:00am

• Function Duration:

• Sunday – Thursday: Up to 4 hours

• Friday & Saturday: Up to 5 hours

• Under 18 Guests: Guests under the age of 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times.

• Damage & Cleaning: The organiser is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the event. Additional cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the security bond where required.

• Decorations: Decorations are welcome; however, nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings, windows, or fixtures using nails, screws, tape, blu-tack, or adhesives without prior approval.

• Final Numbers: Final guest numbers and catering selections must be confirmed prior to the event. Any changes after this time may not be accommodated.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol: We strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements. Management reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or ask patrons to leave the premises if necessary.
